These providers may process information on Nyltron's behalf or independently under their own terms and privacy policies. Nyltron takes reasonable steps to select and manage providers appropriate to the relevant service and information involved.
The availability and operation of third-party services may change over time. Where a user elects to connect or use an external service, the user should also review that service's applicable terms and privacy practices.
9. International transfers
Nyltron is operated from Singapore, but some service providers, infrastructure or AI-processing systems may be located outside Singapore. As a result, personal data may be transferred to, processed in or stored in other countries.

Retention periods may vary according to the type of information, the account status, the feature used and applicable legal requirements.
When personal data is no longer required for a business or legal purpose, Nyltron will take reasonable steps to delete, anonymise or otherwise cease retaining it, subject to technical, backup, security and legal considerations.

Nyltron will explain the likely consequences of the withdrawal where appropriate. Withdrawal of consent may affect Nyltron's ability to provide features that require the relevant information.
